• Forming and shaping – Our large array of press brake machines can handle any hardness, thickness or footprint. We can bend components that are 28′ and require 880 tons of force. This allows us to meet your requirements for large or complex bends and to do it with extreme accuracy. In addition, our roll forming equipment allows us to work with large pieces of metal, particularly complex shapes.
• Welding – A seasoned welding team skilled in performing just about every form of welding is supplemented with a full line of robotic welders for more routine jobs. As a result, we can handle any project of any size or complexity.
• Machining – Lots of options available here – we offer milling, turning, drilling and boring of just about any metal and even some other materials, including some plastics. We have equipment that allows us to mill parts more than 30’ long and 9’ wide.
• Assembly – We have everything needed for on-site assembly and mass production. We are well equipped for processes such as fastening, riveting, bolting, soldering or welding.
• Finishing – Finally, we offer powder coating to improve appearance and durability and to reduce the risk of rust and corrosion. Our powder coating line can handle large projects. Our largest painting booth is 30’ long, 12’ wide and 10’ tall. We can accommodate virtually any project.
